House Rules
Please treat this home with care and respect. *Parking: Please use our driveway for parking, there is room for 4 cars. Please DO NOT park on the lawn. *Back yard: While our back yard is generously-sized for a beach neighborhood, the homes are close together, as is usually the case by the water. Please be mindful of any noise past 9 pm. We like our neighbors! *Locked areas: The basement and 1 utility closet on the 2nd floor are locked and off-limits to guests. *Outdoor camera: There is 1 outdoor camera on the property. It is a Ring doorbell located near the side entrance of the home, viewing the side yard and driveway. *Please do not touch or unplug any cables connected to the TV, WiFi router, internet, etc. *ABSOLUTELY NO smoking in the house or on the premises, NO pets and NO parties. Thank you!
Other Details to Note
There is a new foldable twin bed/cot on wheels in the closet with an extra set of sheets available for guests. There's also 2 high chairs, a pack n play and travel crib with a crib sheet available.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
This beachside neighborhood has so much to do. We're a few houses away from the new Tydes wedding facility (which is located right on the water!) Just beyond that is Walnut Beach Creamery, a home-made ice cream parlor which gets a well-deserved line almost every day in-season! There's an outdoor lobster restaurant, a deli, a place to rent kayaks/paddle boards, a coffee house, a bar/restaurant... the list goes on and on. There's also Silver Sands State Park a few blocks away, and the Audubon to observe wildlife. If you'd like even more shopping/restaurant/nightlife options, a few minutes drive brings you to Dockside Brewery - which is a must-visit and located right on the water! Or drive less than 10 mins to one of the largest 'greens' in the state...downtown Milford. It has a train to Grand Central Station in NYC, (about 90 mins away) and tons more restaurants, stores, and often has events like festivals, pop-up shops, etc on the green.
